As a team we create a personalized treatment plan that keeps us focused on what you want to work on. We identify struggles through ongoing assessments, questionaries and self reporting. I make effort to collaborate with others who may be part of your care team.  I will provide in between session "homework" that is processed based and will stem from what was discussed in session.

Healing doesn’t have to wait. I offer convenient, secure telehealth sessions so you can access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Whether you're at home, on a lunch break, or balancing a busy schedule, online therapy makes it easier to prioritize your well-being — no commute, no waiting room, just compassionate care wherever you are.

The Art of Therapy

Through the lens of attachment theory, I’ve seen women gain profound awareness, insight, and strength through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and EMDR. I guide women in understanding their inner healing process by helping them identify the protective parts of themselves that may have led their core self away from their true values, desires, and passions.

 

In therapy, you'll have the opportunity to explore personal patterns that may have contributed to staying in toxic adult relationships. Many of these patterns can be rooted in childhood wounds, and through the therapy process, we can uncover and heal these underlying issues to help you break free from old cycles.​​​​​
